  • Jacee

    Jaycee is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She obtained a Bachelor of Social Work from Northeastern State University in Oklahoma, before moving on to the University of Arkansas where she obtained her Master of Social Work in 2017. Jaycee has diverse experience working with individuals, families, couples, and groups. She is comfortable supporting individuals of all ages.

    Jaycee is passionate about providing support to individuals as they navigate daily stressors, as well as life experiences that continue to impact their daily thoughts, feelings, and behavior. She believes everyone has the ability to develop the skills necessary to navigate their experiences and live a fulfilling life.

    Jaycee offers a supportive, and non-judgmental space to her clients, and works to ensure they feel heard and comfortable. She recognizes the importance of the therapeutic relationship, and wants collaboration during the journey. She utilizes strength based, and solution focused approaches to support others in achieving their goals.


  • Rhonda

    Rhonda brings experience, business management, entrepreneurship, and computer systems technology to her work with clients. Her counseling experience includes substance use and recovery, technology and video game overuse, depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, career uncertainty, low self- esteem, social anxiety, emotional regulation, decision-making, and life adjustment issues. With her background in both clinical work and real-world professional settings, she understands the pressures clients may face in their personal lives, relationships, workplaces, and major life transitions. Her approach is direct, results-driven, and practical, while remaining warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental. She works collaboratively with clients to identify patterns, address barriers, build healthier coping skills and take meaningful steps toward personal growth, emotional balance and lasting change.

  • Brandy

    Brandy Stroud, LCSW, is a private practice clinician and owner of Interactional Counseling Services, along with her husband and partner Robert.  Born and raised in Atlantic Beach, Florida, Brandy moved to Shreveport in 2001. Brandy graduated from the University of North Florida with a BA in psychology and sociology and obtained her Masters degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University.  She completed licensure requirements and became licensed in Louisiana January 2004. She treats clients experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse issues, anger management and other concerns.  She works with all ages in individual as well as family and couples counseling. Brandy is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Mindfulness, Bowen Family Systems Theory, Exposure Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy 

    Brandy focuses on the healthy habits individuals must have to create optimal mental  health.  She believes mindfulness, exercise, a proper diet and sleeping well are critical wellness factors and works with her clients in a multi dynamic way to achieve positive results.

Our Therapists are highly trained and skilled in their chosen field. We think they are all excellent at what they do but here is a little more information to help you chose the right fit for you.

She has a Master of Arts in Counseling. She has been in private practice at Interactional Services for over 37 years. She serves the population of children, adolescents, adults, marriage and family, couples therapy, and groups. She specializes in anxiety, depression, panic attacks, relationship concerns, grief and loss, marital and couples’ conflict, and children. She is trained in EMDR for trauma therapy for adults as well as children. 

Linda Watts

Jennifer is a lifelong resident of Shreveport and holds MA Counseling and Guidance and MA Industrial and Organizational Psychology degrees from Louisiana Tech University.  Jennifer is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience in counseling individuals, groups, and families. She specializes in working with clients with anxiety, depression, and communication and conflict resolution for couples and families.  Jennifer is certified in EMDR, a technique used for facilitating the healing of trauma.

Jennifer Monsour, LPC, LMFT

Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Credentialed in Transactional Analysis, Sex Therapy, and EMDR. Offers individual, couples and group therapy with adults. Specializes in anxiety and depression.       

Marguerite (Peggy) Salley

Lynn has a master’s degree in counseling and guidance and is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Louisiana. For over 20 years, she has worked with individuals, couples, and families to navigate life’s most difficult moments.  She strives to create a welcoming, supportive, and safe environment to explore and process her client’s unique experiences and help facilitate healing and growth.

Lynn Vauclin, LPC LMFT

Sarannette Frontaura-Duck, LPC, NCC

Sarannette is a bilingual (English\Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She has a Master’s degree in Guidance & Counseling from Louisiana Tech University.  She worked as a counselor for 3 years at a local psychiatric hospital and has been in private practice for 14 years. Her clients consist of children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. She counsels individuals, couples, and families consisting of all genders, race, and ethnicity. She is skilled in helping individuals who are working through life changes, depression, grief, loss, divorce, anxiety, AD/HD, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), PTSD, and substance abuse, among other issues. In her former life, after obtaining an MBA from the Interamerican U. of Puerto Rico, she worked 20 years in different corporate positions in a number of marketplaces.

“Hi my name is Gif Gillen and I was born and raised in Shreveport, La. I received my masters in counseling and guidance from LA Tech in 2011 and my subsequent Licensed Professional Counselor in 2013. Although my experiences have been primarily working with youth, I also have a strong focus on helping adults, couples and families. I utilize an open, honest and adaptive approach tailored to each individual’s personality and specific goals in order to best support clients in improving their lives.”

Gif Gillen

Natalie is a Licensed Professional Counselor who earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Louisiana Tech University. She has experience with providing counseling services to individuals who have been challenged with depression, anxiety, stress management, self-esteem and adjustment issues, relationship building, LGBTQ+ issues, communication skills, conflict resolution, and trauma. Natalie approaches therapy from an eclectic perspective and enjoys helping individuals and families learn how to help themselves. She believes that each of her clients is unique, and therefore deserves a unique treatment plan, collaborating with their lifestyle and their willingness for growth and change.

Sydney D. Allen, LPC is a licensed professional counselor with a Master’s degree from Louisiana Tech University with an emphasis on school counseling, working with children, youth and families. Sydney has over 35 years experience working with school age children, parents and families, and has been a licensed therapist for 26 years. As a practicing therapist, she helps to identify and treat mental illness in her clients, as well as help people through difficult times. Acknowledging that no single approach is the right one for every individual, she uses a wide range of modalities and approaches for her client centered therapy

Types of Therapy Used:

Dr. L uses cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, solution focused brief therapy, family therapy and groups as tools to assist the client in their therapeutic journey. He supports individuals, couples, and families to improving communication, strengthening, and healing their bonds. Sometimes, however, it may be a matter of accepting the fact that we cannot change others.  Instead, we can focus on our own thoughts, behaviors and feelings.  Thus, moving through or around a relationship, job, or other circumstance which does not fill us with joy.

 

Sports, Travel, Gardening

Dr. L and his family are LSU Tiger fans and travel to games or follow their beloved Tigers on television or social media.  He enjoys traveling to visit children and grandchildren, as well as beach vacations and camping.  Dr. L loves to tend his garden and watch vegetables and flowers grow.

Mary Grace Failla

Lauren Wagnon is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) who is working towards full licensure through the National Board of Certified Counselors. She earned her Masters in Counseling and Guidance degree from Louisiana Tech University. She works with individuals and families to address such issues as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and loss, and life transitions. She strives to create a warm and accepting space where clients can learn more about themselves and improve their overall wellbeing. 

Lauren Wagnon

Master of Arts in Counseling and Guidance obtained from Louisiana Tech University in 2022. Mary Grace has a passion for working with children, adolescents and young women using Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), person-centered, strengths-based and solution-focused techniques depending on the client’s needs. Mary Grace specializes in OCD, exposure therapy, anxiety, phobias, depression, childhood trauma, mood disorders, interpersonal relationship struggles, career/life balance and coping with grief/loss. She finds it important to open a safe and validating space for client’s to express their most vulnerable thoughts and concerns while providing emotional support.
